Xbox Twitter account has officially unveiled the Xbox Series S with a $299 retail price following leaks
A new trailer leak is providing more details on the smaller Xbox Series S
Microsoft’s Xbox Series S targets 1440p 120 FPS, with ray tracing support, priced at 299$ top features in a much smaller package. That includes the same Zen 2 and Navi architectures featured in XBOX ONE X from AMD and advancements in high-speed solid-state storage.
The leaked trailer features hardcore specs that we expected the console to be capable of, which include:
- All-Digital Console
- 512 GB Custom NVMe SSD
- 1440p 120 FPS Support
- 4K Media Streaming
- 4K Game Upscaling
- Support for DirectX Raytracing
- Support for Variable Rate Shading, Variable Refresh Rate
Several rumors suggest EA Play is a part of Game Pass Ultimate in the future. $299 for next-gen and 100 plus games with EA Play included? That’s a hell of a deal…! I think it’ll be much more interesting to see what price point the PS5 launches with.
Both consoles are set to launch on November 10, 2020, and Series X will be priced at$499, according to windows central. And, Microsoft really made next-gen gaming affordable with its incredible pricing..! ^_^
